Madame Maryland's Horoscopes: April 2017

Madame Maryland's Horoscopes: April 2017
Sometimes, it's hard to know what's coming up next--after all, the future is a mysterious thing! You need the guidance of a mystical being, like me, Madame Maryland! I've looked into the stars to see what's in store for all my wonderful Marylanders for the month of April, and here's what I saw....
Aries: You may be feeling a bit down in the dumps this month. It could be Mercury going into retrograde, or maybe it's just the lack of Berger cookies going into your mouth. Either way, it's time to treat yo self--a supply of Maryland snacks is crucial for getting through the next few weeks.
Taurus: Spring has sprung--no wonder you're feeling so restless, Taurus! Now that baseball season has returned, getting to Camden Yards is the perfect way to stretch your legs and treat that spring fever. (Don't forget to get a hotdog while you're at it!)
Gemini: With the twins as your star sign, it's always hard for you to choose between two things. Sandals or flip-flops? Crab cakes or steamed crabs? It's just all so difficult!  Maybe this is the time to just say so long to choices and have it all. You deserve it!
Cancer: Love is in the air, Cancer, and that cutie you always see at Starbucks or at the dog park sure seems interested--that person just needs an excuse to come talk to you! A clever Route One Apparel tee is sure to do the trick. Just put one on and wait for the compliments to roll in.
Leo: You've been feeling a little lonely, and maybe the idea of bringing home a furry friend from the animal shelter appeals to you more than ever. Now's the time! That cat or dog will have a great life thanks to you (and maybe you can buy that new pal a cute leash or bandana from our shop, wink wink.)
Virgo: Your careful, organized nature would make you a master gardener. Isn't it time to try out your green thumb? Grow some Black-Eyed Susans to give your yard or balcony a pop of bright yellow and black, Madame Maryland-approved!
Libra: Dollars and cents are on your mind this month, Libra. You're on top of your finances more than ever, and you're not interested in spending any more than you have to. You'll find the deals you're looking for in our Under $25 section, so you can stay looking sharp without spending your hard earned cash!
Scorpio: Everything's coming up roses and sunshine for you, Scorpio! It seems like everything you try out, you succeed at this month, whether that's a new hobby or the big project at work. Your future's so bright, you gotta wear shades--good thing we sell a wide variety of those for you!
Sagittarius: Nobody likes a boring living room or dorm, especially not you! You've got to let your artsy side out--it'll make your place feel more like home. Check out flea markets and art sales (and also our home decor page, with some can't-miss art pieces for sale!).
Capricorn: Feeling as ambitious as always? Now's a good time to start a side project that can make you a little extra cash. Try tutoring in a subject you're good at, teaching swimming lessons, or walking neighborhood dogs. That's more money you've got to spend on your favorite summer looks from Route One!
Aquarius: Your Spotify playlist has been feeling stale lately, and it's time to shake things up. Try hitting some local shows and check out some of the new and up and coming Maryland acts, like Maggie Rogers, Future Islands and Pressing Strings. Now that's music to your ears!
Pisces: Warm weather means it's time to swim like, well, a fish! You've been dying to get to the pool, lake or ocean this month, and your only issue now is what to wear when you get there. Why not look at our swimwear collection so you can pick out the perfect poolside look?
