Madame Maryland's Horoscope: July 2022

Happy July, Marylanders! The summer is in full swing, but there are still plenty of warm weather and lazy days ahead of us. Want to know what your sign should be thinking or doing this month? Well, Madame Maryland looked into her crystal ball, and here's what she saw.

Aries

When's the last time you stopped and smelled the flowers -- literally? A walk in the garden might be the perfect relaxing summertime activity. Don't have a garden? A local garden store or conservatory is ideal for exploration.

Taurus

Boredom doesn't have to strike this summer, Taurus. A little creativity will take you far when it comes to being entertained. Turn off your phone and indulge in some doodles, chalk art, or even hide-and-seek -- old-school solutions could be the way to beat the summer blahs.

Gemini

Everything needs to come to an end, Gemini, and sometimes, that isn't a bad thing. Endings are also beginnings for new, exciting, and necessary things in your life, so allow the old things to pass through and make room for opportunities that you'll love having.

Cancer

What gives you that inner glow, Cancer? No matter what makes you feel warm and fuzzy, that's what you should be pursuing this July! Focus on what's happening and who you're with when you feel this way -- and cut out the things that make you feel low or unhappy.

Leo

Life may not always be fair, but that doesn't mean you have to sit down and take it. If something isn't right, Leo, it's up to you to change it. Take aim at the injustices of the world and make your voice heard. You'll be amazed at what you can do and who you can inspire.

Virgo

You're not usually one to enjoy surprises, but you may get a pleasant one this month, Virgo! After all, not everything that's unexpected is bad. Open yourself to the possibility that amazing things that you didn't plan for could happen this month!

Libra

You're ready to get the party started, Libra. Have some friends over for a shindig they'll never forget, or head to a gathering elsewhere to truly show everybody how a party really goes down. You deserve to cut loose this month!

Scorpio

Has your friend group had some issues lately? It may be your turn to play peacemaker and help everyone get along again. Keep a cool head and make sure that everyone feels listened to and respected. Your wisdom could help heal a few rifts!

Sagittarius

A bit of time spent in nature will do you a world of good! This summer calls for a walk in the woods, a hike on one of Maryland's many trails, or a dip in a local lake. No matter how you like to get out there, it's time to go ahead and enjoy the sunshine.

Capricorn

Being kind and accommodating has its limits, Cap. If you've been more of a doormat than a friend, it's time for a change. So what if people think you're being a jerk? There's nothing wrong with standing up for yourself and your own needs.

Aquarius

There's nothing wrong with a bit of sentimentality, Aquarius! If you're cleaning out the attic or your old bedroom, pay attention to what pieces make you feel warm and happy, and set them aside to keep, just for old time's sake. You could even get creative and store them in a display case or shadow box.

Pisces

If you've been making a lot of excuses lately, now may be the perfect month to buckle down and finally get some things done! Instead of putting it off or passing the buck, use July to finally accomplish those looming to-do list items. It'll feel nice to have a clean slate!
