Pamper Yourself In Maryland!

We asked, you answered! When we asked our Facebook fans where their favorite places to get pampered and primped in Maryland, they told all, and we picked just a few of our favorite comments to feature in our post. So where should you go if you're looking to have a spa day? Try...

The Spa at Roops Mill in Westminster. Amazing stylists and fabulous products. Beautifully decorated historic old mill home. All spa services are offered by talented staff. There is even the Lux Beauty Bar for parties or wedding groups. Fun fun fun!--Ginnie Zawacki

The Spa at Roops Mill in Westminster is my go to! Shannon has been doing my hair for over 10 years and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Who doesn't want to sit on a porch and look outside while color is applied to your hair or sip on some wine and flip through a magazine while you're under the dryer?! Their massage therapists are excellent and you'll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after a massage. I've never recommended anywhere else to friends and family!--Stephanie Keeney

If you're looking for hair, nails, massages, makeup or just about anything else that can be done on a spa day, The Spa at Roops Mill is the place to go. You can even get lunch!

Light Street Nail Salon in Federal Hill. I have lived in a few parts of town now but I always go to my ladies there! Seriously the best service and nails in Baltimore. I have never been disappointed and their prices are very fair.--Marianna Campagna

If a long night of going out in Federal Hill has left you worn out--or if you just want to visit a nail salon that's close to just about everything in Baltimore-- head over to Light Street Nail Salon for a manicure or a pedicure.

About Faces Day Spa & Salon in Kenilworth (Towson)! An ultimate beauty experience! Massages, waxing, facials, mani/pedis, makeup, hair cut/color/styling--it's got everything! The staff provide a professional experience and an always-spotless environment. High quality services without the heavy price tag! It's my favorite place to go!--Megan Lavin

About Faces is the perfect place for college students to go to relieve the stress of finals, or to just beautify before a night on the town! And if you're not in the Towson area, About Faces also has locations in Annapolis, Canton, Salisbury and Timonium, so Marylanders everywhere can indulge.

Spa on the Avenue in White Marsh. There's also locations in Hunt Valley and Abingdon that make it super convenient depending on where you live or work. Waxings, Massages, Facials, Nail Services and Hair Services! They offer monthly specials in their nail department and spa side and sometimes hair. The Abingdon (Spa on the Boulevard) location is their newest and is absolutely beautiful and they offer amenities like couples massage rooms with soaking tubs and a sauna to relax in before services. They all have a lot to offer their clients!--Allison Obinger

What could be more relaxing than a deep massage, a sauna or a soaking tub? If that's not enough to sell you, Spa on the Boulevard has waxing, hairstyling and nail services as well, but come on, who could resist a soothing stone body massage?
