Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges (no refunds - only store credit) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and with hang tags attached. Indicate what you are returning and why. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges and restocking fee associated with sending the return. We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Route One Apparel is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.

Please include a $3 reshipping fee ($8 for heavy-weight items, such as shoes) in your exchange. If you are making a return, you may be charged fees if you were not charged shipping on your original order.
Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If you have received the wrong/damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label for the return.

Final sale items, discounted items, jewelry, intimate items, and exclusive run items cannot be returned.
